At Scotiabank, Pradheep held the title of Senior Manager Information Security, leading a team in delivering comprehensive security services. Following this, Pradheep was the Director of DevSecOps at Security Compass, managing the design and delivery of application security solutions. Experience continued at RBC as the Director of Cloud Security Integrations, overseeing data security solutions in public cloud environments. Pradheep has also worked with Deloitte and PwC Canada in leadership roles related to cyber security and cloud security, and at Accenture, Pradheep served as Practice Lead and Principal Director for Cloud Security, focusing on team development and delivering innovative cloud security solutions.
