Prashant Borda

Prashant Borda, CPA, is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in tax preparation and compliance. Prashant began career as a Staff Accountant at Holtzman Hunter-Moffatt CPA LLP from June 2014 to April 2019 and subsequently held roles as a Senior Tax Associate at KPMG US and a Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG Canada from May 2019 to December 2020. After a tenure as a Senior Tax Accountant at EisnerAmper from February 2023 to January 2024, Prashant currently serves as a Tax Senior at Deloitte since January 2025. Prashant is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the US, having completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course and holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary's University, along with a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University.
