R. Patrick Quinn is a seasoned Strategic Legal Advisor with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. They have held multiple senior roles, most notably as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at New York Community Bancorp, Inc., where they managed a large legal department and oversaw significant growth from $11 billion to over $115 billion in assets. Patrick has pioneered various mergers and acquisitions, including advising on the 2022 merger with Flagstar Bank and has been integral in developing innovative fintech initiatives. They previously served as General Counsel at Roslyn Bancorp, Inc., where they led compliance and corporate governance efforts, and have also practiced at prestigious law firms, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Currently, Patrick is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree while working as a law and regulatory consultant and an independent senior advisor.
