Rauda Amer

Rauda Amer is currently a Senior Manager at Deloitte, specializing in Government and Public Sector projects focused on tax policy and technology initiatives in the GCC region. They previously served as the Technical Assistant to the Advisor of the Minister for Tax Reforms in Egypt, where they identified gaps in tax policies to enhance revenue. Prior to that, Rauda was part of the OECD’s Inclusive Framework team, supporting tax administrations with the implementation of BEPS standards. They hold a Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with High Honors from The American University in Cairo.
