Ray Andrey

Ray Andrey has extensive experience in corporate real estate management, with a career spanning multiple leadership roles in reputable companies. At Electronic Data Systems from 2000 to 2005, Ray served as Director of Transaction Management, overseeing global real estate outsourcing services and managing significant acquisitions and dispositions while implementing alternative workplace strategies. Additionally, Ray held the title of Director, Corporate Real Estate, where responsibilities included successful integration of real estate portfolios during the merger of EDS and MCI. Following this, Ray worked at Microsoft from 2005 to 2007 as Senior Regional Real Estate Manager, leading real estate services for the APAC/GC region, managing a substantial lease portfolio, and overseeing a growing space portfolio. Currently, Ray serves as National Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Deloitte Consulting, continuing to leverage expertise in real estate strategy and management. Ray holds an Honours BA in Geography with a focus on Urban Economic from Wilfrid Laurier University.
