Ray Briggs

Ray Briggs is a leader in Deloitte’s Supply Chain and Network Optimization practice, focusing on large-scale Supply Chain Transformations and the application of emerging technologies. With extensive expertise in logistics and distribution, Ray has successfully led client transformations in areas such as transportation planning, supply chain strategy, and digital supply chain technologies. Prior to their role at Deloitte, Ray served in the US Navy as an officer from 2000 to 2007, participating in operational and major staff commands. Ray holds a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
