Rayna Mistry serves as the Chief of Staff to the Technology & Transformation Strategy Officer at Deloitte North & South Europe, where they act as a strategic advisor and operational enabler for transformative initiatives within a £3.5 billion business. With a focus on global relations, Rayna has led the Trade Corridors Programme to enhance international collaborations across member firms. Their experience includes significant roles in M&A strategy, where they worked on numerous internal Member Firm Combinations from 2015 to 2020, as well as leading large-scale organizational transformation projects. Rayna holds an MEng in Structural Engineering with Architectural Studies from The University of Sheffield.
