Richard W. has extensive experience in legal consulting and international law, having served as Director at Epiq, where responsibilities included legal transformation, e-Discovery, data governance, and legal spend analytics from August 2021 to November 2022. Previously, Richard worked as International In-house Legal Counsel at Hyundai Steel, managing significant procurement and cooperation contracts and negotiating multi-billion-dollar financing deals. Other roles include Senior Associate at HanLaw LLC, providing support for M&A transactions and commercial litigation, and Managing Editor at the Korea Legislation Research Institute, overseeing English translations of Korean legislation.
