Rihards Paze

Rihards Paze is currently an Associate Director at Deloitte, where they lead the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) AI capability in Finance Transformation. With a history of diverse roles in tax technology and project management, they have developed and implemented strategies at Deloitte since 2022 and previously held positions including Terminal Operations Manager at SIA BTS and Owner of SIA RP Trade. Rihards holds a Master’s degree in Administration of Customs and Taxes from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and is pursuing a Chartered Global Management Accountant® designation. Their passion lies at the intersection of finance and AI, driving innovation in enterprise performance management.
