Rita Mendes

Rita Mendes is a professional with a diverse background in quality management, research, and consulting. Experience includes a role as a Quality Management and Planning Trainee at Motofil, where responsibilities involved registering non-conformities and developing new component structures. As a Research Fellow at Instituto Superior Técnico, contributions were made to the hSNS project by developing a maturity model for hospitals' disaster readiness. Rita served as a Sailing Coach for Associação Naval de Lisboa, managing teams of novice sailors. At Deloitte, Rita progressed through roles from Business Analyst to Senior Consultant, focusing on business model development, SAP implementation, and corporate restructuring across various sectors, including energy and telecommunications.
