Rob Basker, MBA, MAICD, is the Workforce Motivation Leader with a specialization in Total Rewards. With over 30 years of experience, Rob has enhanced employee experiences across diverse industries, advocating for rewarding and inclusive workplaces. Rob began their career in London, later working in San Jose, California, before relocating to Sydney. Rob has held leadership positions at major firms, including Ernst & Young and Deloitte, contributing to client-centered initiatives in global equity and rewards. A graduate of Macquarie University, Rob also completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
