Rob Southern

Rob Southern is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte, co-heading the Value Creation Services for Private Equity. With extensive experience, Rob has previously held leadership roles such as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where they worked with private equity funds to meet performance goals, and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting from 2000 to 2012. Rob's career also includes positions as Head of Strategic Development at Livingbridge and FD UK at Ashland. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol, and attended Charterhouse for their earlier education.
