Robert Sobiech

Robert Sobiech is a retired HR professional with extensive experience in instructional design, strategic HR management, and employee relations. They served as the Director of HR and Operations at Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser from 1989 to 1999 and held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1987 to 1989. From 1999 to 2008, they worked as the Midwest Regional HR Director at Deloitte & Touche, and they currently hold roles at Deloitte as the Director of National Employee Relations and in Human Resources. Robert earned an MA in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Iowa and a BA in Liberal Urban Studies from Metro State University.
