Roberto Proaño

Roberto Proaño is an Audit & Assurance Senior Manager and Professional Practice and Quality Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they specialize in cross-border financial services and capital markets. They hold a Commercial Engineering degree in Finance and a CPA from Universidad Espíritu Santo, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. Previously, they served as an Assurance Manager at PwC Ecuador and an auditor at Deloitte and the Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros. Additionally, Roberto is a university professor, teaching International Financial Reporting Standards and International Audit and Assurance Standards.
