Ron Arculeo

Ron Arculeo is a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they focus on Global Compensation & Benefits and International Assignment Consulting. They began their career at the Internal Revenue Service as an Employee Plans Specialist before moving on to various roles as an Associate Counsel at Davis & Gilbert LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Blank Rome LLP, specializing in executive compensation and qualified retirement plans. Since joining Deloitte in 1998, Ron has led significant developments in the firm’s U.S.-India operations and currently engages clients in retirement plan compliance and consultative services. Ron earned a Juris Doctorate in Taxation from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting and Finance from Fordham University.
