Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Luxembourg and held various roles within Deloitte UK and Deloitte Consultanta. Roxana has a Master of Business Administration from The University of Sheffield and dual bachelor's degrees in law from Bucharest University and Paris I “Pantheon-Sorbonne” University. They also owned a law office and managed concession departments in earlier professional experiences.
