They lead audit planning and execution for multinational companies, including guiding clients through SPAC and IPO transactions. Ryan has extensive knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, particularly in the media and entertainment sectors, and they actively supervise and mentor team members. They hold a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
