Ryan Cotterell

Ryan Cotterell is a Culture, Experience & Belonging (CEB) strategist with over 10 years of experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within various organizations. They served as an Advanced Placement Program Specialist at The College Board and held multiple roles at 2U, culminating as Vice Global Chair of the Diversity Inclusion Steering Committee, where they developed initiatives to enhance DE&I within a department of 1,500 employees. Currently, Ryan is the Lead Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist at Deloitte, leading the development and execution of the firm’s national DEI strategy. They hold a degree from Johnson C. Smith University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
