Ryan Hayes

Ryan Hayes is a retired Navy Captain with a 25-year career as a Naval Aviator, recognized for leadership in dynamic roles at both operational and major staff levels. Previously, they served as the Executive Director of the Maritime Operations Center for the U.S. Third Fleet, overseeing training and readiness for over 65,000 personnel. They are currently a Consulting Specialist at Deloitte, supporting Department of Defense clients. Hayes also held a Program Manager role at VMware, where they led initiatives for professional development in engineering. A graduate of the U.S. Navy Officer Candidate School, Ryan was honored as Battalion Commander and Honor Graduate.
