Ryan Khuc

Ryan Khuc, CPA, is currently a Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they have built a robust career in finance, particularly advising private equity firms. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Senior Consultant in the same department at Deloitte from 2021 to 2024. They gained valuable experience at PwC as an Assurance Senior Associate and in various assurance roles from 2019 to 2020. Ryan also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2019, having earned a Master in Professional Accounting from the same institution in 2019.
