Saman Ali

Saman Ali, CPA, MAcc, is currently a Manager in the Forensic & Financial Crime practice at Deloitte, where they have been since 2024. Prior to this role, Saman worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte focusing on financial crime and anti-money laundering from 2021 to 2024, and gained experience as a Senior Accountant in FSO Assurance at EY after starting their career with an internship at the same firm in 2017. Saman has also been involved in student philanthropy initiatives at York University, serving as a Senior Annual Fund Ambassador. They are pursuing a Master of Accounting (MAcc) and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with distinction, both from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
