Sameer has successfully led audit engagements for multinational corporations while reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind-AS, specializing in sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, renewable energy, and software development. Previous roles include positions at Grant Thornton LLP, Constance Capital & Consulting, Deloitte, and KPMG, where Sameer developed extensive skills in financial modeling, audit procedures, and client relationship management.
