Samil Sofat has extensive experience in leadership roles across several prestigious companies. Starting as a Global Process Owner & Operations Manager at Accenture from April 2003 to November 2009, Samil then served as Assistant Vice President at GENPACT LLC until January 2011. From January 2011 to December 2016, Samil held the position of Account Lead at Hewlett-Packard, followed by a tenure as Transformation & Global Delivery Executive at IBM Consulting until May 2025. Currently, Samil is the Director of OperateNext at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University and studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
