Sandra Jones

Sandra Jones is a Principal at U.S. Deloitte Consulting, where they work with clients to develop long-term roadmaps for large-scale infrastructure projects in response to increased energy demands. With over three decades of experience, Sandra has significantly contributed to numerous utility company transformations, enhancing budget utilization, workforce productivity, and employee satisfaction. Their expertise in utilities operating model design and process improvements is well recognized, and they currently serve on Deloitte's Global Utility Executive Council. Sandra is passionate about incorporating input from utility workforces to drive logical and sustainable changes that meet safety and efficiency goals. Prior to Deloitte, Sandra held positions at Accenture and GE and has an educational background that includes degrees in Mathematics, Industrial Distribution, and an MBA in Business Strategy and Organizational Behavior.
