Sara White

Sara White is currently the Chief of Staff for Deloitte's Talent Experience & Engagement, bringing over six years of experience in driving organizational transformation with a focus on leadership development and strategic change. Previously, Sara held various roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, culminating in the position of Director of Americas Growth Strategy. They also contributed to Deloitte in multiple capacities, including Program Manager and Senior Manager. Sara's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they have achieved the highest honors. Earlier in their career, Sara managed a lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed internships in both promotions and training at Spanx and human capital consulting at Deloitte.
