Sarah's career includes experience as a Senior Performance Analyst at Diageo from 2007 to 2012 and as an Analysis & Controls Manager at Valeo Foods Group from 2013 to 2014. Early in their career, Sarah trained in Financial Services Audit at EY from 2003 to 2007. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Law & Accounting from the University of Limerick and various diplomas from Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Institute of Bankers, Dublin.
