Shaher Mahmud

Shaher Mahmud is currently an Associate Director at Deloitte in the Financial Investors Tax division. Previously, Shaher served as a Manager in EY's MENA ITTS practice, advising large corporates, private equity funds, and sovereign wealth funds on international and M&A tax matters. Shaher's career began as a Graduate Trainee at KPMG, where they later advanced to Assistant Manager, and then continued to build experience at EY as a Senior Associate before taking on managerial roles. Shaher holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Durham University.
