Shailesh Kumar is a seasoned Strategic Government Advisory and Digital Transformation Consultant with over 17 years of experience in Program and Project Management, e-Governance reforms, ICT enablement, and public sector transformation across critical domains including Women and Child Development, Health, Education, Agriculture, Food Security, Labour, Rural Development, and Judiciary. With a proven track record in delivering programs funded by the World Bank, IFC, BMGF, and the Government of India, Shailesh excels in business process reengineering, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and developing innovative technology-led governance models. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager at Deloitte since March 2023 and previously as a Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young from January 2012 to June 2025, Shailesh holds a degree from ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon.
