Shefali Goradia

Shefali Goradia is the Chairperson of Deloitte South Asia, where they lead the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities and collaborate with the Executive Committee on strategic initiatives. Shefali also leads the Global Boardroom Program for the region, focusing on engaging independent directors and board members in critical governance issues. With 35 years of experience as a chartered accountant and tax specialist, they have advised multinational companies on various aspects of corporate operations and governance. Prior to their current role, Shefali held senior leadership positions at Deloitte and was a partner at BMR Advisors. In addition, they are a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association and actively promote leadership opportunities for women.
