Shelly

Shelly Ma is a Director at Deloitte, where they have been since 2021, having previously held roles as a Senior Manager and Manager since 2018. Prior to joining Deloitte, Shelly worked for 13 years in the Shenzhen Customs Valuation Division, ultimately serving as Section Chief. They were a member of the technical committee of China Customs on Valuation and a panelist for a nationwide customs transfer pricing focus group, showcasing their extensive experience in customs valuation issues and compliance. Shelly is currently pursuing education at Wu Han University.
