Shen Jiang

Shen Jiang is currently an Assistant Director at Deloitte, specializing in M&A technology and IT due diligence, synergies and post-merger integration, separation and carve-out, as well as IPO readiness. Prior to this role, Shen served as a Manager at KPMG UK, overseeing over 30 technology due diligence and IPO readiness projects, and worked as a Technology Consultant and Senior Technology Consultant at EY, where they contributed to blockchain practice development. Shen holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from University College London and a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol. Additionally, Shen was a Director on the Executive Committee at EasternBlossoms, the largest professional network for Chinese individuals in the UK.
