Shilpi Kumar has diverse experience in program and project management spanning multiple sectors. Shilpi began the career as a Sales Manager at Tata AIA from May 2002 to February 2009, contributing to the launch of a new regional branch for Tata-AIG. Following this, Shilpi served as a Project Manager at Baytech Digital from September 2018 to November 2019 and held the position of Project Manager for Innovation Programs at Unilever while with RGP from November 2019 to March 2022.
