Shirley Yang is a Partner in Merger & Acquisition Transaction Service at Deloitte China, where they have led financial advisory for nearly 20 years. With over 25 years of international experience, they have specialized in M&A advisory, financial analysis, and diligence for private equity clients, particularly in the consumer products and retail sectors. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Manager in M&A at Deloitte & Touche USA, managing around 100 M&A deals, and as a Senior Auditor at EY. Shirley holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Shanghai International Studies University.
