Shruthi Mohan is a Senior Manager on the Financial Engineering and Modeling team at Deloitte Canada, where they lead a high-performing team focused on AI validation and model risk for financial services clients. With a Master’s degree in Big Data from Simon Fraser University, Shruthi has extensive experience in building and implementing credit risk models using advanced machine learning techniques. Prior to their current role, Shruthi held positions at TD and Accenture, where they applied data science and quantitative analysis to optimize financial products and compliance processes.
