Siddharth Sathe

Siddharth Sathe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, product management, and consulting. Siddharth began a career as a Design Engineer at Mahindra Satyam, followed by a role as an Engineer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Siddharth then transitioned to TE Connectivity, where expertise in quality management was developed, significantly impacting customer and supplier programs and optimizing design validation processes for a major revenue product line. Progressing to product management roles, Siddharth successfully launched strategic roadmaps for high voltage cable accessories across North America, Central America, and Latin America. Currently, Siddharth serves as a Manager in Enterprise Performance at Deloitte Consulting, overseeing a team and collaborating with global clients to enhance their operational models. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
