Sihan Mo possesses a diverse background in leadership, customer service, and tax preparation. Experience includes serving as a Member at Ascend Leadership, where Sihan assisted in promoting leadership opportunities for Asian students and earned a certification in a related case competition. As a Crew Leader at Starbucks, Sihan improved employee work efficiency and store productivity while driving significant revenue increases. Volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program led to assisting numerous clients with tax return processes, resulting in a high service satisfaction rate.
