Silje Lien

Silje Lien is currently a Partner in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Norway, a position they began in 2025, following their leadership as Director in the same company. They have an extensive background at Deloitte, having progressed through various roles from Associate to Senior Manager between 2012 and 2024. Previously, Silje worked as Økonomiansvarlig at Mercurius and Kveldsleder at Ultra Sørlandssenteret, among other positions. They earned two master's degrees—one in Economic Management and Project Management from the University of Agder and another in Accounting and Auditing from BI Norwegian Business School, alongside an exchange semester at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
