Simon Büttner

Simon Büttner is currently the Head of People Analytics at Deloitte, focusing on people analytics and employee listening. They previously worked as a Research and Development Consultant at HR Diagnostics, where they developed psychometric assessment instruments and utilized advanced data analysis techniques to enhance candidate selection processes. Prior roles include placements at von Rundstedt as a Placement Specialist and internships at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA and Leibniz-Institut für Wissensmedien, where they contributed to usability analysis and experimental research. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen.
