Simon Forman is the Senior Manager and Business Analysis Team Lead at Deloitte Australia, where they oversee a high-performing team of 17 Business Analysts within the ITS Project Delivery Team. With extensive experience in business analysis, Simon has previously held roles at organizations such as the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and Telstra Digital, contributing to project management and digital transformation efforts. Their expertise includes Human-Centered Design and the implementation of Generative AI to enhance workflows and efficiencies. Simon holds a BA Hons in Media and Cultural Studies and is currently pursuing another Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Communication, and Media Studies at the University of the West of England.
