Simon has a robust track record in finance transformation and change programs, having worked in both professional services and industry roles, including a significant tenure at BP as a Senior Planning & Performance Advisor. Simon began their career at Deloitte in the Enterprise Risk Services team, progressing to Senior Manager, before taking on various roles in finance and risk management across industries such as technology, media, and telecommunications. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Leeds, Simon has developed extensive strategic and operational experience, particularly in helping fast-growing organizations define and implement finance functions that align with broader business objectives.
