Simon Reith

Simon Reith has an extensive background in M&A advisory and corporate finance, with significant roles at various respected firms. Simon served as Daily Research Coordinator at BNP Paribas from March 1996 to April 1999, producing daily research publications. During tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co. as Senior Accountant from 1999 to 2002, Simon focused on assurance and corporate finance. From 2002 to 2005, Simon worked as Associate Director at Hindal Corporate, providing M&A and strategic advice. Subsequently, Simon held positions as Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from 2005 to 2009, and as Director at Barclays from 2009 to 2016, focusing on cross border and domestic M&A, financing, and risk management. Between 2016 and 2019, Simon was Managing Director at Trenavin Advisory, continuing advisory work in M&A. Simon returned to Managing Director at Resolute Advisory from March 2019 to June 2024, before joining Deloitte as Partner in June 2024, where the focus remains on M&A advisory. Simon is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
