Simon Willen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and change management. They served as the Head of HR Transformation & Analytics at Atos from 2011 to 2021, and have been the People Change Lead at Deloitte since 2021, where they lead change projects within the internal HR organization.
