Sohui Kim

Sohui Kim is an IT Strategy Consultant and Design Thinking facilitator who currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Previously, they worked as a researcher at Sungkyunkwan University and held various roles including Associate Researcher at the Korean Standards Association and Marketing Researcher at Nielsen. Sohui's experience includes supporting customer experience management research, conducting service quality analyses, and implementing consulting projects. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Hospitality Management from Kyung Hee University and a Master's degree in Service Design from Sungkyunkwan University.
