Sonia Sood

Sonia Sood is a leader within Deloitte’s Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, currently serving as a Partner. They have a robust background in human resources, having held various roles at Deloitte Consulting from Consultant to Senior Manager between 2013 and 2019. Sonia also contributed to Scotiabank's Human Resources and Retail Banking divisions from 2005 to 2008 and was the Assistant Director of Banking at the Rotman School of Management in 2009. Their educational credentials include a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, where they researched corporate social responsibility's impact on talent attraction, in addition to a Commerce and Finance degree from the same institution.
