Spencer Schaffer

Spencer Schaffer is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in Human Capital with a passion for developing teams and promoting authentic leadership. They serve as a Captain and Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps, a role they have held since 2020. Previously, Spencer gained valuable experience as a Brand Marketing Intern at Marathon Petroleum Company and as an Institutional Services Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Spencer earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from Duke University and graduated Cum Laude with an Honors B.S.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
