Stefan Selea is a Team Lead and Business Analyst with over eight years of experience in aerospace engineering and digital delivery. Previously, they worked at Rolls-Royce, where they owned safety-critical engine control functions for aircraft and led interdisciplinary teams. Currently, at Deloitte, Stefan oversees a cross-functional team within the largest UK Government program, driving performance above targets through stakeholder management and mentoring. They hold a First-Class Honours degree in Mechatronics from The University of Manchester.
