Stephen DeFerrari

Stephen DeFerrari is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Workforce Analytics. A New York native and Army Veteran, they have a strong passion for leveraging data to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Stephen served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Section Supervisor in the Army National Guard, where they designed training plans and acted as a subject matter expert.
