Steve Hook

Steve Hook, CFA, is an Assistant Director at Deloitte in the Economic Advisory practice, where they focus on regulatory mechanisms and cost of capital analysis. Their experience includes previous roles as an Executive and Manager at Deloitte, where they specialized in public policy design and regulated markets. Prior to Deloitte, Steve worked as an Economist at Which?, addressing consumer detriment in the transport sector, and as a Casework and Campaign Intern for the Liberal Democrats. Steve also held a leadership role as JCR President at Van Mildert College, managing a significant budget and advocating for student interests. They hold a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree from Durham University.
