Steven Chia is a Senior Technical Architect and National Workday HRT Technical Leader at Deloitte, where they focus on transforming HR and finance functions through Workday solutions. With over 14 years of experience in digital transformation, advisory, and process design, Steven has held various leadership roles, including VP and Director of Technology at ASTOUND Group. They have also contributed to HSBC Bank Canada as an Analyst and served as a Senior Advisor for the CaseIT MIS Case Competition. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at Simon Fraser University, Steven combines business, technical, and emotional intelligence to enhance organizational performance.
