Steven O'Callaghan

Steven O'Callaghan is currently an Associate Director within the Tax & Business Advisory team at Deloitte, where they focus on Financial Risk Analysis, Tax Compliance, and M&A tax services. Previously, Steven held positions at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Auckland as a Business Advisory Senior, and at Staples Rodway Auckland as a Business Advisory Intermediate. They began their career at EY through the Career Compass Programme and have also worked as a Senior Accountant at VGA Chartered Accountants Ltd. Steven earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland. Outside of work, they are passionate about sports, having represented regional teams in Hockey and Cricket, and are an avid rugby supporter while enjoying the NZ racing industry.
